Obtaining Your Imaging Results
Images can be delivered to your physician’s office or you can request a copy of your images at the time of the exam to take to your physician.  Radiology reports can be obtained in the following ways:

• Your physician’s office can receive results via fax or mail. The physician office may also have access to view the reports and images online through a our secure website.
• If you wish to obtain your images or reports, please call ahead to the Radiology Film Library. Please contact the UCH Film Library at (813) 615-7225 or the UCH-Carrollwood Film Library at (813) 558-8025.
