Memorial and Tribute Gifts

Honor or Remember someone you love through a commemorative gift to the UCH Foundation.

Your gift can be made in memory of a loved one, or in honor of a meaningful event, such as a birthday, anniversary, birth, graduation or a holiday such as Mother's or Father's Day, Christmas or Easter.

When you make this thoughtful, lasting tribute, your loved one or loved one's family member will receive a special card in the mail (within 48 hours) that acknowledges a donation has been made in their honor or memory.
